No matter where you are, however, the views of the lake remain the focal point, keeping you rooted in the majesty of the Ozarks. A comfy sofa with ottoman is accompanied by an electric fireplace and large smart TV to provide an inviting space for a movie night. This home comfortably sleeps 8 guests between 3 private bedrooms.
Bedroom #1 includes 1 king size bed and 2 twin size beds in bunk format, with TV.
Bedroom #2 includes a king size bed and TV.
Bedroom #3 includes a king size bed, TV, and ensuite bathroom with dual vanity and separate walk-in shower and jetted tub. The room also provides direct access onto the patio.
The home also includes an additional full guest bathroom with single vanity and shower/tub combo.
THINGS TO NOTE:
- Early Check-ins and Late Check-outs are not permitted without authorization from our local team and payment of fees.
- The total price for your reservation will include the accommodation fare, booking fee, cleaning fee, damage waiver, pet fee (if applicable), and applicable taxes.
- This home is pet friendly. A maximum of 1 dog, 25 lbs or less, may be brought to this home. If you are bringing a pet, the required pet fee is $125.. To avoid fines please make sure your pet is on a leash and you pick up after your pet.
- THIS FEE IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE YOU PAID and must be paid separately. Please notify us in advance so we can prepare accordingly.
- This is a walkdown unit with 8 steps down to front door.
- Washer and dryer in unit.
- Parking available for up to 2 vehicles – 1 assigned space and 1 unassigned.
-The communal outdoor pool is open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day
- Pools, hot tubs, and other facilities in the resort are operated by the HOA, and neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that they are closed for any reason.

The host was easy to communicate with. The condo was spacious and the kitchen was fully stocked. The sunsets over the lake were beautiful.

Property was clean and spacious for our family group of 7. The 3 bedrooms had a king sized beds which we loved. Very close to SDC.

They had everything we needed and more!We loved the location and view of the lake. Nice floating cafe nearby and do many things to do if you have more time!Communication was perfect and we enjoyed the Halloween costume contest, music and food right next door!
