Luxurious Apartment Near Beaches, 2nd floor only.

We had a wonderful stay at this home! Despite arriving late due to travel delays, Maritza was warm and welcoming. The home was just as described in the listing, with one small detail: there are two units on the property, one tenant-occupied. It wasn’t an issue, but we were a bit surprised to see another vehicle when we arrived.The street has some bumps and potholes, which is common throughout Puerto Rico, so drive carefully. Once at the property, the home was fully equipped with everything we needed. While there is air conditioning, we didn’t need to use it much thanks to the great cross breeze from the open windows. We also appreciated the doorstops that kept the doors from slamming.The property is gated, adding a sense of security. The owner provides cooler bags and beach towels, which we didn’t realize at first. We bought some towels and left them for future guests. The kitchen had all the essentials—coffee maker, toaster, pots, pans, cups, and plates.The power went out briefly between 9 and 10 AM each day, but it came back on quickly. The best part? The gas stove, so you can keep cooking or have a dance party even when the power’s out!Would we stay again? Absolutely!

This house was great! Clean, modern and gets cool fast. We enjoyed our week here.

Property is equipped with the comforts of home. Mattresses are extra firm, downstairs neighbor is an early bird and enjoys to play music so he may need a reminder the upstairs is occupied and reat is a necessity. Clean, spacious and host is very accommodating. Washer and dryer on 1st level shared with tenant, dryer uses propane so have to check the tank to ensure it has gas in it.

Me and my family stood over at Mr. Luna house near the beach for 9 days im The beginning of August of 2023. We had an amazing time as Mr. Luna was very friendly and very hospitable. His home consist of Three spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms( of which i wish the water pressure would of been better). Confortable open concept Kitchen/ Dining/ Living-room. The home is fully Air conditioned and has its own private and gated garage which comfortably can fit 3 cars atleast. I loved the close proximity to major roads ( route 2 was a 3min drive and route 22 was about 6min). House sits on a very quiet and safe neighborhood. I would definitely recommend this home for whatever occasion anyone may have. I will definitely use Mr. Luna’s house again for any future trips. Thanks for your hospitality Mr.Luna.
