The villa is located in the beautiful Palmetto Dunes/Leamington's Windsor Court South. Easy bike ride or walk to the beach. The resort has miles of bike paths, sidewalks and lagoon access for kayaking! The mid-island location is close to restaurants, shopping and the beach by vehicle or The Dunes Buggy shuttle service seasonally.
Other Things to Note:
Palmetto Dunes Resort does not permit RV's, Shuttles, or trailers. No logo or commercial signage vehicles permitted overnight.
Pest Control
All of our homes receive professional pest control treatment every month. While an occasional bug may find its way inside, the treatments ensure they are short-lived. Please note that the community operates on a set schedule for pest control, so an exterminator visit may occur during your stay. We appreciate your understanding as this helps us maintain a clean and comfortable environment for all guests.

We loved the location of the condo! The beach is beautiful, the pools were nice & it was quiet. The condo had most everything we needed in the kitchen & comfortably accommodated the 4 of us.

Walking into this condo, my family and I were blown away. It is impeccably clean, very nicely furnished, and modernly updated. Having an in-unit washer and dryer is a nice bonus. The location is amazing: views of the trees and beach from the balcony, a 2 minute walk to the pool and another few minutes to the beach. Covered parking and an elevator make this property just that much nicer than other places we have stayed in Palmetto Dunes. Literally 10/10 and we will be back.
