Porto is a fascinating city in the north of Portugal with lots of good things to offer you during your stay.
There is lots of history as you walk in the streets. Lots of monuments, stores, and cafes.
The nightlife is full of vibrant spots to hang out with your family and friends.
There is the Douro river, where you can enjoy a nice pleasant river cruise and try many different dishes and wines.
It is also located near the coast which provides your the possibility to go to the beach and enjoy a sunny day.
Many places in Porto are easily accessible on foot, but if you prefer public transportation:
- There are multiple bus stops that service the area.
- The nearest Metro stop: Trindade:(5 min walking)
- The nearest Train Station: S.bento:(5 min walking)
- Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is 25 mins drive from the flat.
This is a self-check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 EUR smoking fee, at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€ included.
We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay)
Extra cleaning with linen: price of a cleaning fee
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax i.e when sofa bed is not included)

Towels were cheap and flimsy. No air conditioning but had an electric fan. Construction going on out front. Slightly difficult to find the room. Apartment was okay and area was close to lots of good things but was expecting a bit more. Bottle of water or wine would have been nice. All other places we stayed on this trip were nicer and better equipped. This place was okay but disappointing

Very clean property and centrally located. The only thing we did not like is that the main entrance is in front of an very old building and there are many homeless just stepping out of the building. Other than that, everything else was a good stay and the unit is well equipped.

The host were very helpful. The place is very comfortable, made me felt like I was at home. It is a super good location, definitely would recommend. It is directly like in city centre.
