What a beautiful house and property. Clara is a wonderful and responsive host and the house which is many hundred years old is impeccably maintained. If we ever had questions or concerns Clara answered immediately. She and her husband even filled up a flat tire for us. The pool was delightful and there are so many private bedrooms where people can have their own space. We loved it and I would highly recommend this house. A great place for big groups to gather.

Our group of 13 had a brilliant holiday at this property. The outdoor area was great, the outdoor barbecue was brilliant (even if needed in the rain), outdoor dining area was lovely and having a pétanque court, table tennis, a trampoline and play equipment was super. We barbecued each night and ate outside most nights, it was great. There’s a large outdoor dining table. And other seating too, if you need some space.The accommodation was top quality, even for such a large group. Plenty of good and well fitted out bath/shower rooms. 2 kitchen areas which were spacious and well equipped.In previous trips we’ve really enjoyed walking to a town each morning to get fresh pastries and bread. From this property you cannot do that. Clara was v clear at the time of enquiring/booking, so this was no surprise. You would need a car for shopping of all types. Orfes is - as Clara told us before we booked - small. Everything else about the property was superb. But if this is your thing, please make sure that you consider this fully.The road to the property is v quiet and safe to walk along. There are other walks from the property too, we understand, across lovely countryside.Girona was well worth a visit. Walk the city walls.We would recommend this property and the hosts were very helpful. Clara was v friendly and v helpful on all questions that we had both before and after booking and during our stay.We’d commend it to you if you want a rural, v quiet stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Joseph's place. The house was lovely, the weather was great and Joseph and his family were all so kind a lovely. Clara was so helpful. We really hope to return after an amazing week
