It is your responsibility to ensure that every person in the house has read and understands the terms of use of the hot tub. If you plan to use the hot tub, every individual planning to use the hot tub MUST fill out the Hot Tub Liability Waiver that you`ll be sent upon booking.
Please be respectful of neighbors and reduce any noise, especially outside, after 10pm. If we get a call from our neighbors or the police regarding noise or disruptive behavior, you may lose your security deposit. Unauthorized parties will result in a $300 fee for additional cleaning.
Please ensure you turn off the propane for fire pit and immediately after use.
No early check in or entry or late check out unless prior written approval from the landlord. If these rules are violated then tenant is subject to $300 late or early check in fee.
We have a strict no pet policy so we can keep our place as clean as possible. If a tenant brings an unauthorized pet to the property, they are subject to a $500

We stayed here while visiting Flagstaff & Sedona. The new condo is in a quiet residential neighborhood situated conveniently outside of Flagstaff. While the layout was fine for us, there is a lengthy flight of steps to the 2nd floor and it may not be suitable for anyone with mobility issues.

Great location, comfortable house, quiet neighborhood, and location to I-25 and E430 were perfect! Well provided kitchen. All these reasons is why this was our third stay there!

If you’re traveling to Denver with a group, your search is over! The photos do not lie; this home is perfect! With 8 travelers whose ages are from mid 20’s to late 80’s, we could not have been more pleased with the layout, the cleanliness, and the beautiful decor. The patio space outside is icing on the cake. The neighborhood is very safe and quiet; and the grocery store is literally one mile up the road. There is nothing we would change about this rental. We all agree it is one of the best we’ve ever stayed in! Will definitely stay again when we visit our son in Denver!
