About this apartment rental
Our home is a piling beach house with our main living upstairs. The enclosed bottom is a studio apartment/suite for you to enjoy. We are on the peaceful Davis Canal with a dock where you can spend time drinking coffee or cocktails, reading, fishing, kayaking, boating and enjoying sunrises/sunsets. Enjoy the beautiful, shared in ground pool and hot tub area. We are a quick, easy walk or bike ride to the beach.
The space:
It is a private studio apartment with a private entrance, a queen bed, private bathroom with tile shower and towel warmer, and a blue tooth fan for enjoying music. The living area has a comfortable, reclining couch. There is no kitchen, but there is a microwave, fridge, coffee pot with pods and coffee. Dishes, silverware, and wine glasses are provided. Enjoy the shared pool area with hot tub and the shared dock area. The grill is available for you to use. Bikes, chairs , kayaks and backpack cooler are by elevator for use.

We have a private dock for boat docking for a fee.
We have two friendly dogs that will bark when they see you, but just want attention.

Friendly and helpful family host. The room was clean. Parking was very convenient. Right outside the door. The pool and hot tub were steps away. You could walk to the beach or take your automobile. Parking at the beach was paid via app. No free public parking.

Great area on the inlet, pool, and hot tub.A 3 min bike ride to the beach, so much easier than driving and paying to park.Groceries, restaurants, and Brewery a short drive.We would definitely stay again!!

Jason and Nicole were wonderful hosts. The room was clean and had everything we needed. It was nice sitting out by the pool area and the beach is only a 12 minute walk away. Jason offered us everything we needed and if we didn't have it he was able to provide it. They're always open to suggestions for future guests. Their two dogs are cutie pies and sweet. We had a wonderful time and would definitely go back. Thanks Jason and Nicole for a great time!
