About this chalet rental
Fancy a break in a calm and secure environment close to the sea? Come and discover this chalet located in Brétignolles-sur-Mer.
Located within a private and secure estate (digital keypad gate and video surveillance), the residence has a heated communal swimming pool at 28°C (open from 1st April to 30th November).
Ideal for a family or friends' stay, this comfortable and fully equipped 70 m² chalet can accommodate up to 6 people.
Upon arrival, you will discover the lounge area with its sofa and television, perfect for relaxing moments watching a film. The kitchen, open to the living room, is equipped with an oven, microwave and induction hob, a refrigerator and freezer, a dishwasher, a filter coffee maker, and a toaster.
On the night side, the chalet has 3 bedrooms:
Bedroom 1: equipped with 2 single beds
Bedroom 2: equipped with 2 single beds
Bedroom 3: equipped with a queen size bed with its en-suite shower room and WC.
Another bathroom as well as an independent WC complete the chalet. For added comfort, a washing machine is at your disposal.
The exterior consists of a garden with no overlooking, a 28 m² terrace with furniture and two parking spaces.
Important information:
The tourist tax is added to the rental amount and must be paid before your stay.
This rental has wi-fi access.
The furnished property is not accessible to people with reduced mobility.
Animals are not accepted in this rental.
Heated indoor swimming pool at 28°C (open from 1st April to 30th November) unsupervised.
On the property, it is forbidden to charge electric vehicles on site – risk of general power cut. Charging points are available in town.

Endroit très agréable au calme logement très fonctionnel piscine privatisée vraiment très satisfait de ce chalet un grand merci à hoomy pour leur conseils et en particulier à la personne qui nous à accueilli je conseil les yeux fermés encore merci
