The price is reasonable for the condition that the property is in. A guest can easily be made feel at home away from home when the host goes above and beyond to ensure that there’s attention to detail, such as: a welcome sign somewhere, a coffee pot, enough TP, kitchen paper towels/cleaning rags, newer and fresher towels for bathing, and clean non-smelly pillows. The reason I give the experience an overall rating of Average it’s because the house needs many repairs and fumigation as well, i killed about 2 roaches per day during my stay. Overall, I was there only for sleeping but didn’t feel like the kitchen was clean enough for cooking which discouraged me from inviting my family over for a visit during my stay. No WiFi either, but I was very happy and pleased with having access to Netflix. Convenience of location and communication from the host the morning of the arrival get my top ratings.
