4. Please do not put the AC below 69 degrees. The pipes could freeze and it will take hours to thaw out if they do.
5. No unregistered guests allowed.
6. Please don’t eat or drink in the bedrooms.
7. Please respect the noise curfew.
8. Suitable for toddlers and children under 12
9. Please respect check-in and check-out times.
10. Please take care of the furnishings. You have to pay for damages.
11. Please don’t rearrange the furniture.
12. Please do your dishes.
13. No illegal substances allowed on the premises.
Events are allowed only during the day.
Smoking is allowed outside the house in the backyard
Pets are not allowed in the beds and/or furniture.

The place was clean. Monica answered my questions in a timely manner. It was exactly what we needed. We were a little skeptical when we saw the surrounding houses driving into the neighborhood, but as we walked around we saw it was a safe place. Very pleased

This was a nice home located in a neighborhood that was close to the highway to get into central Austin. Traffic is of course awful but that is Austin. The owner took care of all the amenities you need in this home (coffee filters, coffee, shampoo, etc) and even left special treats for us to enjoy which was a very nice touch. Back yard was great for our dog. Fence is in need of some maintenance with one panel leaning in but it held during our stay. Garage door did not work with remote but we manually opened and closed by holding the button on the wall (must hold down- don’t just push once). It was nice to be able to park in the garage at night. Lots of cars park in the street in this neighborhood though. Comfortable beds and couch. Would recommend!
