According to our returning guests, this loft is the perfect peaceful retreat after a day of exploring. You are steps away from Debrecen's best sights and dining: the Great Reformed Church, Kossuth Square, Déri Museum, MODEM Modern Art Centre, and the lively Piac utca promenade are all a 5–10 minute walk away. The Nagyerdő park and Aquaticum spa are a short tram ride away, and the University of Debrecen is easily reachable. For dining, top local favourites like IKON, Csokonai Étterem, and cosy cafés are all within walking distance – with everyday shops, bakeries, and quick bites (KFC, McDonald's) equally close by.

A comfortable double bed rests on the mezzanine level (accessed by a staircase), overlooking the living area below, where a sofa bed provides sleeping space for two more guests. Ideal for couples, families, or friends comfortable sharing an open space – sleeps up to 4.
Hidden LED lighting creates a warm, cozy atmosphere in the evenings, and a Smart TV and super-fast Wi-Fi keep you entertained or set up for remote work. Guests have exclusive use of the entire apartment, the front terrace, and the shared courtyard.

I stayed at this lovely apartment for 12 days while taking a class at Debrecen University. It has every modern convenience you would want - including a washer and dryer - which was important for me given the length of my stay. And the hosts were super helpful and responsive. Having never been to Hungary before, I had a TON of questions before and during my stay about every day life in Hungary including driving and public transportation tips. Highly recommended!
