The original Victorian era details are breathtaking and include... 3 stained glass windows & 2 curved windows, ornate decorative ceiling adornments & plaster friezes, 2 fireplaces, 3 sets of working 8' pocket doors, all original woodwork including walnut/maple floors, 10' baseboards and many original custom built-ins. It still holds all the charm and character that was intended, however it also has been updated with a gorgeous new kitchen. It has antique rod iron fencing around the 50 year old perennial garden.
The home has recently been remodeled in 2021 with new tiling in upstairs bathroom, fresh white paint and mural in kitchen, new functioning fireplace, new fire pit area out back, new fitness room with treadmill, peloton bike and new sauna. The new fire pit, fitness room and sauna are all shared spaces with the apartment guests. In 2024 we plan to install level 2 EV chargers CCS shaped for most Electric vehicles. If you have a Tesla a Tesla to CCS adapter can be used. They should be installed by the summer season. Marquette has several locations to charge electric vehicles as well.
