1. All guests must be registered by providing copy of passport or Dominican cedula for entrance to Cap Cana.
2. This is a non-smoking apartment.
3. All guests must abide by condominium rules and regulations. No loud music after 10pm. No towels hanging on balcony.
4. Sargassum is an act of mother nature and unpredictable. One day the beach may be clear, and the next day it may have a lot. No refunds.

Great find- right on beach with 2 massive pools. We also used the API beach club few times as their beach is calmer and no seaweed (it’s a 5 min walk and has a great restaurant Maralia next to it). The property was perfect for 2 adults and 2 kids. Kelly is extremely responsive and helpful. We did not rent a car- did do a golf cart and that was enough. We did several Ubers within cap Cana and had dinners a few times at st Regis and Eden rock, so plenty of dining options.

Very nice not having many people around felt like we had the place to ourselves. The staff were very nice and helpful. We had lots of fun renting a golf cart for the day and driving around. Highly recommend going to Scape Park during your stay.

A Great view, nice Apartment. But not very clean and a lot of things were in very bad condition (oven, dishwasher..)
