About this house rental
The villa was completely renovated and refurnished in a modern style in 2022. It has a typical Spanish charm and is located in a quiet residential area within walking distance of the ocean.
The house has 3 bedrooms and can accommodate 5 people.
It spans 100 m² and is spread across two separate floors connected to the exterior.
The main floor features a living room with an open, fully equipped kitchen and a dining room. There is also a bedroom with a double bed (1.80 x 2 m) and a second bedroom with two single beds, as well as a bathroom with a shower.
The upper floor has three air conditioners in the living and sleeping areas and a pellet stove. There is also free Wi-Fi (fiber optic), TV, and a Wi-Fi router.
The lower level features a separate studio consisting of an entryway, a third bedroom with a bed (140 cm), and a bathroom with a shower.
The outdoor area features a terrace, which was renovated in 2022. From here, you’ll enjoy a beautiful view thanks to the elevated location, as well as a small view of the sea. The fenced-in property covers 630 m² and includes a lighted swimming pool with an outdoor shower, patio furniture, and a grill.
The property is accessible only via a long flight of stairs.
Towels and bed linens are provided.
The house is cleaned according to a strict cleaning and disinfection schedule before each guest change.
Extra towels and bed linens are available free of charge.
Sorry, but pets are not allowed. Smoking is permitted only on the outdoor terraces.
The property is located 600 m from Baladrar Bay. During the summer months, a lovely beach bar with a restaurant is open here. An alternative is “Cala Advocat” Bay, which is also just a 10-minute walk away.
Supermarkets, shops, and restaurants are only 1.5 km away.
Moraira and Calpe both have marinas and offer various water sports activities, such as water skiing, jet skiing, kayaking, stand-up paddleboarding, and scuba diving. They also offer land-based sports activities, including golf courses, mountain bike trails, and hiking trails.
Heading north, we recommend a visit to the historic town of Dénia and the port town of Xábia with its numerous beaches. On the way there along the coastal road, you’ll pass numerous beaches and swimming coves that are definitely worth a visit.
Excursions into the hinterland to picturesque villages, waterfalls, and caves—or even a trip to Valencia—are also well worth it.

17 nights stay at this clean property in Sept 2022, be advised there are stairs leading down from street gate front door to the property itself, some15 to19 stairs, as the property is built on a descending slope.
property has two levels; 2 beds on level 1 and 1 bed and bathroom on lower level that has to be accessed utilizing outside stairs.
All in all, the property has all you need for a comfortable stay, equipment functioning and good quality brands.
Local beaches are with in some 600 meters, takes only few minutes to walk to.

Everything was perfect and clean. The pool was clean and warm😊 the house is newly renovated, they have everything you need. I am very impressed 👏 and will be visiting again.

Really enjoyed stay at the property. Really nice place, really well renovated. Pool and outside area - including loungers, chair table and bbq excellent.
Air conditioned main floor also very good including two bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen and living area.
Short walk to a couple of nice quiet beaches.
Probably recommend a car - about 1km to the nearest supermarket.
Overall really enjoyed stay and would highly recommend this property.
