With approximately 55 m², the apartment accommodates up to 4 guests. It offers a cozy living room with a fold-out sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, one bedroom with a queen-size bed, and a modern bathroom with washing machine.
Your car can be parked conveniently in the private underground garage, which has a charging station for electric cars and e-bikes (charging available for an extra fee). There is also a bicycle storage area and an elevator for easy access to the apartment.
Modern amenities include free Wi-Fi, underfloor heating, electric grill, hairdryer, washing machine, Nespresso machine, dishwasher, and a 50-inch smart TV. Towels and bed linen are provided.
Guests enjoy free entry to the swimming pools at the Naturns adventure spa.
The central yet quiet location in the heart of Naturns, just 14 km from Merano, means restaurants, cafés, bars, shops, and public transport are all within walking distance.
With the South Tyrol Guest Pass, you can use all public transport in South Tyrol free of charge during your stay.

Pros: Included indoor pool tickets, guest cards (bus and train included), high standard of apartment, fantastic location. Restaurants, pool, bars, shopping, train station, bike rental and what not all in max 5 minute walking distance.
Cons: Maybe a few more hangers or dryers for towels could be added. But that's it!
