Plus, the public beach walkover awaits directly across 30A from the subdivision's entrance, ensuring convenient access to our white-sand beaches.

Guests are given a unique door code that is active for the duration of their stay.
Interaction with Guests:
We respect your privacy but can always assist you with any questions or recommendations.
Parking:
• Parking for 2 Vehicles.
• No Boats, Trailers, or U-Hauls are permitted.
• NO STREET PARKING
• Guests do not have access to the garage.
House Rules:
• No smoking
• No parties or events
• Must be 25 or older and staying at the property for the entire stay.
• The primary guest is required to sign the Kismet Properties Renter’s Agreement
• The Primary guest is required to upload a copy of their photo ID.
• Guests do not have access to the carriage house apartment.

CANCELATION POLICY:
Guest receives 100% (less $250.00 cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs more than 60 days before arrival; Guest receives 50% (less $250.00 cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs more than 30 days before arrival; No refunds within 30 days of arrival.

Our 2 week stay at Turquoise Tides was amazing! The house is well equipped and conveniently located just a quick walk from the beach. The welcome link had everything we needed to know and we used it often. The beach chairs that were left were unusable but the property management was very helpful and got 4 new and comfortable ones! The neighborhood is a very private oasis with mature trees and a lot of shade so we could walk around and not be too hot. The two pools were well maintained, just like the rest of the neighborhood. The house is very comfortable, the beds are quite hard at first but I was surprised to be able to sleep like a baby! We all did! I would have lived an access to a closet in the master bedroom but we managed without. The 2 screened in porches are a must, we could enjoy the outside without worrying about the mosquitoes. The bikes are such a great touch, we could avoid the traffic to Seaside, it’s a 7 minute ride!! We’ll definitely come back, love that property and made friends with a couple neighbors!

The house was an 11 minute walk to the beach without carrying anything for a 50 year old. We rented a golf cart for ferrying our stuff and family back and forth. Felt that was totally worth it. The house was clean and well equipped. All the bedrooms were on the second floor, so be aware there are stairs for everyone. The water pressure was very good, which I mention because we’ve never had luck with that at other rentals. Would definitely book again, or check out another home in the Grove for a larger group

Love the shaded neighborhood. Easy walk or bike ride to the beach. Great restaurants close by. It is so quiet and private feeling, you wouldn’t even think other houses were next door. Even though this is a dog friendly rental, which our dog loved the screened porch & her ability to see out of all the windows 😊, it was clean & had absolutely no dog smells. We would definitely stay here again.

This may have been our favorite vacation rental ever! Central location, quiet neighborhood, close to everything, comfortable beds and furniture, all of the amenities - I cannot think of anything that would have made this vacation any better except staying a few more days. Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home!
