About this house rental

Spacious home 15 miles from Disneyworld. Lovely home in the Aviana community, heated private pool plus public community pool. Sleeps 12 with the sofa bed, has 2 master king bedrooms plus a queen bedroom for grandparents. Quiet, safe, clean, convenient.

Our VRBO home was excellent. Plenty of room for everyone. House was clean and very accommodating. We had a few small maintenance issues which were resolved within hours. Great stay for our time in Orlando. I would stay here again!

The house needs some work cosmetically and the beds were not great. The location was nice though, and it was clean and spacious. We enjoyed the pool each night! I suggest bringing your own bath towels as well, as most of what is supplied is not the best quality. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would consider staying here again.
