The house cleanliness was the only issue we had! There was rodent droppings in the kitchen - under the sink and in the pantry. The appliances and several pans, dishes, cups, and utensils were dirty even though they were stored away in cabinets and should have been clean. Showers and bathroom sinks had leftover hair and mildew/soap left in them when we arrived.
