About this house rental
A perfect place to stay while visiting either Lafayette or West Lafayette. This home is situated on a quiet side street less than 2 miles from downtown Lafayette and less than 5 miles from Purdue's campus. An easy walk across the street to grab an Arnie's pizza and relax for the evening by the fire pit, or take a quick ride downtown to enjoy any of the wonderful locally owned restaurants and businesses. Dedicated parking in the driveway. Key code front door entry. One bedroom is located on the main floor with a queen bed. Another bedroom is located upstairs where the loft has been converted to a bedroom with a queen and twin bed. Washer and dryer located in basement for your use if needed. Roku TV in living room so you can easily enjoy your Netflix or Amazon Prime movies using your account. Owners live locally and close and are happy to assist in any way possible.

We had a great stay in Lafayette. The host, Colin was very attentive, and the house itself was very nicely appointed. You could tell it was recently renovated and very well cared for.It was in a great location, just a short ride to Purdue university.

The location for the property is close to Purdue University, restaurants, and the shopping mall. The house sits on a corner in a very quiet neighborhood.
There was a minor hiccup with check-in, but Colin immediately came over and the issue was resolved.
The house is kept in immaculate condition. Not referring to only the cleanliness, but how well the property is maintained. Everything was in perfect working order!
I've always looked at hotel for the majority of my travel stays, but I will now include stays at a residence as my primary choice. More privacy than a hotel and for the same price much more space than a hotel room.

Very comfortable. Had everything I needed as an in and out home base for 2 days. Loved and appreciated the inside and porch light were left on for me for my late arrival. Would stay here again without any reservation.

Colin was very easy to work with. We needed an early check in and he was very accommodating. The house was perfect for our needs. It was quick and easy to get to Purdue and everywhere else we needed to go. Would definitely stay here again.
