This comfortable vacation home is located within the gates of Breezy Point Resort; walking distance from tons of "up-north" fun activities including crystal-clear Pelican Lake (boat access and beach 2-3 blocks away), golfing, bars, restaurants, and more. This twin home sleeps 6+ with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a full kitchen, living room with fireplace, laundry, desk for working, free Wifi, lofted kids' hang-out, deck, and grassy back yard complete with a campfire area and grill. Bring your bikes or snowmobiles and explore the hundreds of miles of beautiful trails nearby, visit the great shops in Pequot Lakes just a 5-minute drive away, drive 10 minutes to mini-golf, Brainerd International Raceway, go-karts, movie theater, lots more shops, restaurants, and resorts, or just take some time to catch a nap in the backyard.
Bedroom #1 has a king bed, desk, SmartTV, and twin bed with trundle.
Bedroom #2 has a queen bed.
Kids' lofted hang-out area has a Futon, SmartTV, kids games, puzzles, and crafting supplies.
Living room area has a sectional leather sofa, gas fireplace, and SmartTV.
