About this chalet rental

This beautiful detached wooden chalet for a maximum of 6 people is located in the Chaletpark Hohentauern, in the middle of the village of Hohentauern in Styria (snow-sure altitude 1,275 meters) and practically right next to the ski lift.

The chalet offers a modern living room, an open, fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with an infrared sauna on the ground floor, and 3 spacious bedrooms and another bathroom with a washing machine and dryer on the first floor. The chalet also offers a beautiful terrace. Parking is available directly at the chalet.

The ski lift to the well-known and traditional family ski area Ski Hohentauern with 11 kilometers of slopes is only 300m away and various hiking trails are right on the doorstep.

Summer is known above all for the many lakes, thermal baths and the impressive Hohe Tauern mountain range. The more than 200 days of sunshine per year and the snow-sure ski area make this area a perfect holiday region in every season.

Wir sind als Familie mit 2 Kindern verreist. Die Hütte ist geräumig und sauber. Überrascht waren wir dass sie überdurchschnittlich ausgestattet ist: es gibt Seife, Toilettenpapier und sogar einige Küchenutensilien wie Alufolie und Backpapier. Die Hütte ist sehr sauber. Der Kamin läuft mit Gas, somit war unser mitgebrachtes Holz unnötig. Rundum perfektes Haus

Das Haus ist leider sehr renovierungsbedürftig. Fenster undicht, Fliesen kaputt oder lose, man reißt sich im Flur und an der Eingangstür splitter ein. Geschirrspüler funktioniert nicht richtig. Vieles an Geschirr ist beschädigt. Kaputte Türen. Ich könnte die Liste noch unendlich lange fortsetzen. Das Haus sollte unbedingt mal durch Handwerker generalüberholt werden. Trotz des Hauses war es wieder super in Hohentauern. Auch ein grosses Danke an den Almdorf Service. Ich bin froh das dass jetzt Leute mit viel Herz und Leidenschaft übernommen haben.

Die Hütte ist schön, gepflegt und recht geräumig. In Summe ist es eine sehr gemütliche helle Hütte (Bad und Kinderzimmer sind etwas dunkel). Schade ist, dass die Hütte kein WLAN hat, was auch ungünstig ist, das Teller Gläser Müsli Schalen nicht mehr in ausreichender Anzahl vorhanden ist. Und der Gemüsescheeler ist .... nicht zu gebrauchen. Nunn noch zur Buchung/Abwicklung mit Belvilla. Die Buchung läuft sehr gut. Was absolut nicht zufrieden stellend ist, dass Belvilla extrem schlecht zu erreichen ist. Via E-Mail gar nicht und die von Belvilla mitgeteilten Telefon Nummern sind still gelegt ausser die 0800 182 6013. Was auch nicht OK ist, das Belvilla die vom Kunde zu Zahlende Beträge bereits 10 Tage vor Fälligkeit einfordert aber für eine Rückzahlung sich 8 bis 12 Wochen erlaubt!

Mooi ruim huis het huis ligt op en park met meerdere vakantie huisjes . de foto's zijn niet meer actueel. Zal als eigenaar eens nieuwe foto's op plaatsen. Binnen is er niet veel verander ,buiten is er nu aan de beide kant gebouwd. de overkant ook. het ziet er mooi uit het parkje , niet te groot , Ander klaagde over bouw over last maar dat is nu niet meer het geval. het hele straat waar dit huis aan staat is wel af , Kort samen gevat mooi parkje. met elk huisje genoeg privacy. Van af het balkon mooi uitzicht. In de omgeving mooie wandelingen en genoeg te doen. Prima vermaakt in de week dat we er waren
