Very well lighten and comfortable house, in the heart of new Polanco, the best area of Mexico City, one of the safest and elegant neighborhoods, it has all services and amenities, 24 hour security, very close to all the best malls, movie theaters, supermarkets, laundries, everything you need at a walking distance
Ideal for couples or executives looking to be familiar with Mexico or need a relaxing and quite place to work
Totally equipped for cooking right there, cable TV, Internet

2. Send IDs for all guests, including minors and the person who booked.
3. When booking, please confirm that you have read and accepted our rules and cancellation policy.

*In Mexico City, we do not use heaters or air conditioning. We recommend keeping an eye on the weather forecast and packing accordingly with clothing that best suits the climate :).
*Mexico City has experienced water cuts in the area. In the event of a possible water shortage, we will remain attentive at all times.
We provide one towel per person per stay, most of our apartments have washing and drying machines or are located close to a laundry.

Mexico City is full of culture, gastronomy, and art! We will provide you with recommendations for restaurants and activities in the area, as well as in the most popular neighborhoods in the city.
Additionally, we will be attentive to anything our guests may need :). Our online availability hours are from 9am to 10 pm.
Security Deposit
For reservations made outside of Airbnb, Vrbo, or our website, we require a valid credit card to place a security deposit hold. This hold is not a charge and is automatically released after checkout, provided there are no damages or breaches during the stay.
The process is secure and is carried out through a specialized platform to protect your data. We will send you instructions once your reservation is confirmed.
