This is based on the understanding that the condo is equipped with a limited starter pack, including a few rolls of toilet paper, one roll of paper towels, a sponge, dish soap, hand soap, trash bags, and basic cleaning supplies. Please note, shampoo is not provided. Once these initial supplies run out, it is the guest's responsibility to restock them as needed.

EquityKey Group was fantastic to work with. We found it very easy to rent from them, everything was straightforward, and Louis responded to all our requests. The condo was clean and everything was in good working order. The laundry machines and pool were well maintained on the property as well. We needed to re-negotiate our dates of stay and the process went smoothly and fairly. 10/10 would deal with EquityKey again!
