Once inside our home, you'll enjoy the convenience of an open, fully-stocked kitchen and dining area that seats up to 8 guests. Enjoy the big game, or a fun movie, on the large LED smart TV in the living room. The first floor master bedroom features a king bed and smart TV. Fully renovated bathroom downstairs has bathtub/shower. Additional first floor bedroom has queen bed. The two upstairs bedrooms each have a queen bed. Upstairs bathroom is also renovated with a spacious walk-in shower. For our guests' enjoyment, we provide ultra fast fiber internet for streaming or remote working. Stackable washer/dryer is conveniently located downstairs in the master bedroom. Our listing boasts a large, fenced backyard that is perfect for bringing your furry friend! You'll also enjoy a fire pit, patio, and grill to enjoy on a nice evening! Driveway parking and street parking available.

Make sure to stop along the way to admire the art & architecture. Numerous fountains, sculptures and murals make the Plaza a true outdoor art gallery. Our house is also in close proximity to Westport, Midtown, Downtown and the RiverMarket.

The house was nice and clean though it wreaked of weed. Lovely older home. Older homes can be cold. We were there on a very cold weekend. The house was comfortably warm except for the bathroom. We used the provided space heater in the bathroom and that was perfect. Until my wife used the provided hair dryer and blew the circuit. This happens. But we got no response when we reported it. We could not find a circuit panel. Assumed it was behind a locked door. The first morning we receive a text from manager asking how our stay is so far, we answer and again no response. We would stay there again. We assumed the previous guest thought no smoking didn't include weed. Weed smell wasn't horrible but it was very noticeable. And we managed with a dark cold bathroom. Our main criticism, communication.

overalll we enjoyed this property but have never had such strict checkin policy's. We arrived early to our destination and found things to do until about 330 so we went to the property and waited a half hour to get into the house. Early check in would have cost an additional 53.00. And the door would not unlock until 4. Also the drive way was somewhat steep when you parked.
