Enclosed 600 m² garden (courtyard and lawn). 25 m² terrace between the house and the garage. Garden furniture. Parasol. Barbecue. Linens included. Sheets €12/bed/change. Towels €10/person. Heating and electricity consumption exceeding 56 kWh/week: €0.30/kWh extra.
Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday only. Recently built house with exceptional views over several villages in the countryside, in the heart of the Dronne Valley, 4 km from Ribérac (Romanesque Churches with Domes of the Ribérac region) and 30 km from Périgueux, a designated "City of Art and History". Marked hiking trails on site. 3 km from the Mill Museum and the Moulin de la Pauze in St Méard de Dronne. 20 km from the Grand Étang de La Jemaye (sandy beach, children's playground, fitness trail, fishing, snacks and restaurants) and Bourdeilles, one of the four baronies of Périgord (castle, mill, cutwater bridge, seneschal's house).
