Fully furnished house (studio) with full size pull out sleeper couch to comfortably sleep 4 people. Newly renovated inside and out. Backyard with pool, putting green, grill, large patio, chairs, couches, trampoline and other various yard games. Shared access to property. Close access to Loop 101 highway in Scottsdale, Barret Jackson, TPC Scottsdale, Troon and other golf courses, WestWorld, shopping, downtown Scottsdale, restaurants, nightlife, Odyssey Aquarium, sports complexes and baseball stadiums.

This was such a great stay. The instructions were super clear especially with where to park and how to get into the guest house. This was perfect for my wife and I and our get away weekend.

5 Stars — A Truly Peaceful Oasis!We had such a lovely stay at this property. Everything was immaculately clean, and the peaceful atmosphere made it the perfect escape. The host was incredibly kind and attentive, making the experience feel warm and welcoming from start to finish. The location couldn’t have been better—close to everything I needed, yet tucked away enough to feel serene. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and well-cared-for stay.
