Luxurious Single Family home. Walk to clean Seaside Park beach on east and the bay on west, located in a family friendly neighborhood. Ocean side property.
Spacious home features 4 bedrooms, 3 full baths, large, open concept kitchen, dining, living room and library on the main floor.
Has Patio, barbecue grill and picnic area with fire pit . Located close to Island Beach state park, restaurants, boardwalk and boat rentals.
House Rules & Guest Requirements
Our home is in a peaceful residential community. To maintain this environment, we strictly enforce the following:
No Parties or Events: We do not host high school/college parties, proms, or graduation celebrations of any kind.
Booking Requirements: The primary guest must be at least 25 years old and must be personally staying at the property for the duration of the visit.
No Third-Party Bookings: We do not allow parents to book on behalf of their children. If the person who booked the home is not present at check-in, the reservation will be cancelled immediately without a refund.
Monitoring: For the safety of our home and neighbors, we utilize external security cameras .

We loved the size and location of the house. My daughter is disabled and being on one level with plenty of room was wonderful for her, plus the host provided many amenities. We would definitely go back. The beach was great as well, and is also very handicapped friendly. Thank you so much for a wonderful vacation

Check in there was a little hiccup, but it was resolved shortly and there was great communication after. The propane tank was empty, but if we needed to use the grill we could’ve filled the tank and the host would reimburse me, it was not needed but within a day he came and replace the tank.great location -simply walk to the beach or the bay

We loved this house! Very spacious and close to the beach. The host was quick to communicate, and beds were very comfortable. We definitely would stay here again!

For a rainy Memorial Day Weekend, this home offered enough living space to relax comfortably indoors with all our guests and more. The host was on call for anything we may have needed.The bedrooms were spacious and it was beneficial to have a 3rd full bath. We loved bringing our 15 lb pup with us for the trip. Many other places don’t allow, so this was an added bonus.Although it is on a main road, it was a convenient place to be for walking to the stores and boardwalk. There was plenty of parking for all our cars on the street.We would stay again.
