DESCRIPTION
“Beach Haven” is a Bayfront, stand-alone home with 3-4 Bedrooms, 3-4 Baths, and a Panoramic Rooftop Deck. This home is located directly on the sands of SAIL BAY, where the ocean expands into a huge, calm, lake-like Bay to enjoy ALL Watersports and undisturbed Swimming and Snorkeling. The crashing waves of the Pacific Ocean with unforgettable Sunsets await just a few hundred feet across the street.
The amazing rooftop deck, with 360-degree views, provides the perfect place to soak up the sun and watch all the comings and goings on Bayside Walk, a path that wraps all around Mission Bay. This spot is also the best area from which to enjoy the nightly fireworks at Sea World.
You will find all the rooms spacious and well-appointed. The living room and all bedrooms are equipped with Smart TVs, ceiling fans, and good Wi-Fi reception, along with central A/C and Heat. The home is fully stocked with all your household essentials, basic cookware, a standard drip coffee maker, all linens, beach towels, one bath towel set per guest, all applicable detergents and soaps and a starter pack of paper products. In the separate laundry area awaits a side-by-side Washer/Dryer Set.
Guests will also find beach equipment such as stand-up paddle boards, a surfboard, beach chairs, and games for entertainment. One of the many popular activities is strolling or biking along miles and miles of waterfront. The 5-Star Catamaran Resort Hotel and Spa is just up the path. It offers daily and weekly gym passes for use at its facilities. During summer months they feature FREE outdoor movies on a giant screen and luau and theatrical performances on the sand.
The House is located on a quiet neighborhood block of North Mission beach, yet is only a short walk to many restaurants, a grocery store, nightlife, and several beach rental equipment stores. This vacation rental is perfect for families, with comfortable beds and multiple spaces to share or enjoy separately and it includes parking for up to 4 vehicles. This is a great 3-4 bedroom/3-4 bathroom home located on Mission Bay in San Diego, and just a couple of blocks walk to the beautiful beaches of the Pacific Ocean. The house is spacious, cleaned, and well maintained. It is perfectly located for easy walking to the wonderful local cuisine nearby. Theme parks, and the many exciting events and attractions in downtown San Diego are just a short drive away.The home is fully furnished with all of the necessities for a relaxing stay…and everything works!Roof-top dining was fun and provided us with an excellent view of the bay, and surrounding “city-scape”.Communication with the host was excellent. What a beautiful place to stay to enjoy San Diego.A couple of issues we experienced. 1. There are no USB outlets, so be sure and bring your charger plugs. 2. The are no dressers, chest of drawers, or bureaus, but there are plenty of shelves in the walk in closets, except no lights there, so remember to bring a flashlight or two.We loved this place, firmly recommend it to everyone, and would definitely come back without any hesitation.

Our stay at Beach Haven was amazing. Stayed 6 nights with our young adult children. The house was perfectly located for our group. The local area was very quiet and easy to walk and our adult children also enjoyed being able to walk a short distance to Pacific beach for some night life. The views from the house are spectacular. I was a little concerned about bring right on the bayside walk, but the deck on the second floor and roof top made it easy to enjoy being outside at the house and not be bothered by the view and flow of people on the walk. The beach and water directly across the walk was very nice and perfect for families with young kids. The house was well furnished with everything we needed and very clean. We would definitely stay here again.
