This bright, open-concept apartment features a living room with a dining table and a sofa area, a beautiful bathroom, a kitchen with a gas stove, microwave, and dishwasher, and everything you need to feel right at home!
You enter this modern vacation home through an entryway that provides immediate access to the first of the two bedrooms. This area is furnished with a closet, a box-spring bed (140x200), and a small shelf.
The adjacent dining area is equipped with a table and four chairs and is located right next to the kitchenette, which features a sink, a refrigerator, a dishwasher, and a gas stove. Dishes, silverware, pots, pans, a microwave, and a coffee maker are also provided to ensure your culinary needs are well taken care of. On the lower floor, you’ll also find the bathroom with a shower and toilet. A laundromat with coin-operated washers and dryers is located about 200 meters away. Bedding is provided; please bring your own towels and bath towels.
In addition to the dining area and sleeping quarters, the loft apartment features a cozy living area equipped with a sofa, a table, an armchair, and a TV, ensuring plenty of relaxation. The bright window front also provides pleasant natural light and grants access to the fenced-in outdoor area of your vacation home.
This area is not visible from the outside, so you can spend cozy hours here when the weather is nice. A dining area and lounge chairs are provided for this purpose. A high-quality kettle grill is available; please bring your own charcoal. There is access to the parking lot.
If you plan to stay at the vacation home with several people, the upper floor offers additional sleeping accommodations with two single beds. This room also features a closet and two shelves; a sink and a bathroom mirror are also available on this floor.
Smoke detectors and carbon monoxide detectors are installed on both floors.
The indoor swimming pool, various indoor play areas, a tennis court, a mini-golf course, a bike rental service, and a small supermarket are located in the neighboring park in the immediate vicinity (approx. 100 meters); all facilities are available for a fee.
