About this house rental
We have a 1br/1bath, fully remodeled with all new everything. Come enjoy our cozy and quiet little upstairs guest house. Fully stocked with a coffee bar, 2 smart TVs, top of the line security system, lots of parking for a trailer or boat, close to lots of ATV riding trails as well as about 30 minutes to Silverwood lake and 1 hour to Big Bear mountain. We have room and a fire pit, bring your own wood or we sell it on the property. We have everything you need to enjoy a romantic bonfire, or a birthday celebration BBQ. The owners live on the property so if you need anything they are eager to help make your stay comfortable. Please do not hesitate to ask! Also, we allow pets, just please be aware of the front gate staying closed and pick up after them is all we ask. We are respectful people and ask you respect our home while you’re here. With that being said if you want to listen to your music, feel free and enjoy yourselves. Smoking is outside or on the patio only.

I loved staying here! I was a female traveling alone, so I was looking for a safe alternative to the hotels. This place was perfect! I felt safe and like I was staying at a friend's house. I appreciated the amenities (Keurig machine/microwave/fridge) as well as the clean linens. On top of that, Allen, my host, stayed in touch with me several times to see if everything was OK or if I needed anything. One other thing I really liked was he is pet friendly. My furbabies stayed at home this trip, but it is nice to have a place we can go with them if needed. I will be staying here in the future if I need to travel to the High Desert.

As a solo female that travels a lot for work this place was perfect! The kitchen had everything I needed to cook, the place was clean and super easy to function in! There’s lots of extras that the hosts provide and they’re super commutative! I really appreciated them continuing to check if I needed anything like a refresh of the sheets or space during my stay. Will definitely be re-booking whenever I come back!
