Welcome to Coopers Farm Sanctuary! 20+ acres of sophisticated country living. Located in the heart of Columbia County and just 9 miles from the Augusta National and 2.8 miles from Lady A Pavilion. This 4,400 sq. ft. 3 story, 5-bedroom, 5 full bath farmhouse is the perfect getaway. Private drive to a two-home family estate (one for rent), fishing pond, farm rescue animals, playground, basketball goal, trampoline & fenced in pool with a pool house.
