About this house rental
Apartment in a nice and quite neighborhood.
You can park your car for free and reach the historical city center by a single bus in 20 min. This is a new flat with independent access for your complete privacy.

The apartment is 70 m² on the first floor and is surrounded by a lovely garden.
The roomy apartment consists of 5 rooms:
- Fully equipped kitchen with gas hob, microwave oven and dishwasher;
- Living room with a very large table (8 seats), comfortable seatings and a 38-inch TV;
- Bathroom with tub / shower;
- 2 Bedrooms with double bed (king size) and wardrobe.
WiFi, washing machine, 37-inch TV, air conditioning, microwave oven, iron, dishwasher, towels and bed linen.
It is possible to park your car in front of the house in a safe private street.
Free Wi-Fi and open digital TV. Accommodation includes bed linen and towels.

The flat was very clean and comfortable, as advertised the location was perfect too. The only downside if anything was that we were unable to find the AC remote so couldn’t turn it on in the evening. Overall I would definitely recommend staying here and look forward to coming back when returning to Venice:)
