It features a PlayStation 5 and 86 inch cable tv with a fire stick loaded with lots of apps such as Amazon Prime, Netflix, Hulu, HBO Max, Disney+, STARZ, Bet+, Tubi, Peacock, & IPTV (hundreds of channels) etc. Ceiling fan with dimmable colored smart lights with light switch. The entrance feature a Ring Alarm.
-Living room: sofa, 50 inch tv, two end tables, coffee table, & tv stand. A wide window with shutters. Ceiling fan with dimmable colored smart lights with light switch.
-Dining room: 4 chairs and one bench. A wide window with shutters. Dimmable smart light with light switch.

The neighborhood is not the best, but the house is! The house looks brand new, and the owner has excellent attention to detail, as the house was perfect for our weekend stay. The front TV room with a huge TV and a second TV was a hit with the sports junkies in my group. Bedrooms and bathrooms were very well done and super comfortable. Great place in tough part of town.
