The property is 2 km from St. Pierre-de-Colombier, it is known for the wasteland, vast forests, rivers and beautiful mountains. A visit to the High Falls of Ray-Pic (16 km) is worthy. South of Aubenas are the medieval towns of Vogüé (30km), Largentière (30km), Balazuc (35km), Ruoms (35km) Restaurants are located 8 km away. The house is fully equipped. In the living area, there is a heating facility in the living area with TV. There is a kitchen with oven and dishwasher. There is also a terrace where you can barbecue along with your family. A security deposit of EUR 40,00 will be required closer to your check-in date. You will receive a separate communication with the payment link. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services such as cleaning, service charges, consumption, damages or any additional charges incurred during stay. Any balance from the deposit will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
