We stayed 5 nights and 6 days with 3 adults and 3 children.
Pros: The house is spacious and the beds were incredibly comfy. The kitchen was big enough to seat everyone comfortably and we had what we needed to make simple meals. Everyone had something in their rooms to keep them entertained.
Cons: The carpet in the main bedroom needs to be replaced, random holes and stains that are permanent. The drive to this property is the absolute worst I have ever stayed at, and we come up here yearly. It is really a one lane road and in desperate need of new gravel poured since it feels like a wagon road. There was heavy construction the whole time we were there and my car was sideswipped by a white construction truck that had not one care to try to share the road and I have a long white scratch down my car.I know there is no controlling others as a property manager, but felt this needed to be included in an honest review for another's consideration.
Would give 5 stars if not for roads.

We had such a great time during out stay. The board games, arcade games, and hot tub were fun for our whole family of 5 and my in-laws. It was just a short drive to hiking trails to see waterfalls and to downtown Gatlinburg. We just had a short weekend stay but definitely plan to book here for a longer stay.

We had a family of 5 stay in this cabin for a week. The cabin was exactly as described. Loved the hot tub, cornhole and outdoor rocking chairs. Used the grill and had everything and then some in the kitchen. Beds were very comfortable. Very clean up in arrival. Remote location but yet only 20 minutes to Pigeon Forge and about 15 to Gatlinburg

We had an amazing stay! Hosts pay attention to detail with many amenities. We traveled during Christmas and really loved the added Christmas decorations around the house. House was very clean and we enjoyed the hot tub! Would stay again!

We had a wonderful Thanksgiving stay in the gorgeous autumn mountains and enjoyed this lovely, cozy house and soothing hot tub. It's near Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, Tuckaleechee Caverns, and the Smoky Mountain National Park. The hosts were great, and the views awesome!

We stayed at the property because of its proximity to Four points farm where our son was getting married. Great location and quiet.

Property was exactly as listed. Loved the fact there were 3 bedrooms and each had their own bathroom. We didn’t use the hot tub but it was nice having the option. I did use the jacuzzi tub in the master bathroom as it was needed after whitewater rafting. Plenty of amenities and cooking utensils. The living room tv remote wasn’t working upon arrival but it got replaced before we left but it wasn’t needed much as we were away from the cabin a lot.
The drive wasn’t bad as the only non-paved portion was only about 1/2 mile. It is about 25 minutes from the cabin to Sieverville or Pigeon Forge so I would advise to try to limit your trips to and from the cabin.
Weather was warm but overall very nice. It did rain BUCKETS the last day we were there (about 5” in a 12 hour span). That being said, the roads drained quickly. We did lose power twice over that span but each time was less than 90 minutes. We can’t control Mother Nature so we just go with the flow.
I did notice that neighboring cabins up there seem to have generators that kicked on when power went out so that would be my only suggestion on improving the cabin even if it meant paying extra per day. Like I said, very minimal and “first world problems” LOL
David is a great owner and was always quick to respond to questions. If you are looking for a great property and owner, this checks BOTH boxes. I would recommend to anyone who wants to get away and enjoy one of the most beautiful places in the country!!

The property has a Hot Tub. You would think there would have been beach towels or more bath towels. We made do with what we had.

We were very comfortable here at Dreamer's Ridge. The beds were all comfy and the more remote location of the house was very peaceful and relaxing after long days doing "touristy" things in the area. Great location just a hop, skip, and a jump from both Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge which was convenient for us. Be careful with the driving if you are arriving at night which true to form the roads are very windy and unpredictable so go slow lol. The Pac-Man machine in one of the guest rooms was a hit with my 13 year old son, and I even got to relive a piece of my childhood with it too! A few issues along the way and I think we're out some clothing that we accidentally left in one of the drawers but I guess there is no way to get that back but overall I would totally recommend this place! Plenty of amenities to make your stay convenient including laundry facilities and provided coffee station which was a nice touch!

Nice house off the beaten path made it easy to relax after a busy day seeing the sites in Pigeon Forge / Gatlinburg. House is as shown in the pics, would stay there again. Communication with/from host was great and check in/out easy.
