Designed for both comfort and style, this spacious home can accommodate up to 12 guests, making it the perfect choice for family vacations or group getaways near Orlando’s world-famous attractions.
The heart of the villa is the open-concept living space, featuring a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a breakfast island for casual dining. A formal dining area offers plenty of seating for group meals, while the bright and airy living room provides the ideal spot to relax after a day of theme park fun.
Step outside to your private screened-in pool and spa, complete with outdoor patio furniture, sun loungers, and a child safety fence for added peace of mind. Whether it’s morning coffee by the pool or an evening swim, the outdoor space is perfect for creating lasting memories.

Heating is available for $35 per day (plus tax) with a 5-day minimum and must be requested at least 48 hours in advance. Please note the attached spa is not a hot tub—it does not have jets, and it heats to the same temperature as the pool, not exceeding 90°F. The heating system uses heat exchange, which does not operate in temperatures below 50°F. No refunds will be provided if the pool does not reach the desired temperature in cold weather.
• GRILL:
We do not offer a BBQ grill for guests. If you wish for the contact of a rental company, please reach out.
