The cleanliness and newness were the 1st two things that stood out, but after a long drive sitting down in the comfortable chairs was rewarding. Looking over to the stereo, we noticed LPs and put on a little Patsy Cline, following it up with some Johnny Cash. At the end of the night, we all fell asleep on some of the most comfortable beds we've been at outside our own house. It was definitely as described if not more. Easy Uber to downtown, no hassle l. Check out was as simple as checking in. We will be back. From value perspective, it was more than fair... See you again soon.

Absolutely loved everything about this place. Super cute and had everything you would need during your stay. However, the management was terrible. On our second day we got locked out of the building. The app that worked just fine the day before to let us in all of the doors informed me that my time expired and I could no longer get in any of the doors. After sitting outside for 30+ minutes trying to get a hold of someone to help us another vacationer came along and let us in. She informed us she had the same thing happen to her and that we have to ask for a new access code everyday through a second app. We were never told anything about this. Get upstairs to our unit and try to access this other app and it doesn’t work. We then have to sit outside our unit for an hour before we finally got someone to return our call from the emergency line. There was zero communication on asking for a new access code or using another app. We were so nervous we were going to get locked out of our unit again the rest of our trip. Will not stay here again due to this issue. Unfortunate, since it is such a cute place.
