Come stay and enjoy a peaceful and relaxing escape in beautiful Neptune Beach in this 2 bedroom, completely updated condo, only 3 blocks to the ocean! Your stay will have everything you need to enjoy a perfect trip to the beach. Central to both downtown Atlantic beach shopping and restaurants as well as the Jacksonville pier area. This condo has been fully updated and renovated for your comfort and convenience.
The Space:
This 1st floor condo has 2 identical rooms, each complete with a very comfortable king size bed, flat screen TV, plenty of room and a closet. There's 1 bathroom off the hallway, and a washer/dryer inside the condo. The living room is beautiful, with so much natural light, with a large flat screen TV and the sofa turns into a queen sized bed. The back of the building there’s an outdoor seating area with a BBQ grill. There's 4 beach chairs for your convenience. The kitchen is completely stocked with all the cooking tools and pots/pans you would need.
Guest Access:
You’ll have access to your condo and also the back courtyard area with the outdoor dining table and BBQ grill.

Peaceful beautiful neighborhood, walking distance to the beach, parks and walking and bike riding distance to restaurants, shopping, cafe's and more!

We enjoyed being only 3 blocks to the beach, which made it nice to watch the sunrise. The apartment was super clean and lots of good, strong coffee. Only thing I wanted that I couldn't find was a bowl for preparing a snack. Thank you!

The condo is as captured in the photos. Comfortable beds, great communication with host. Shampoo and body wash were provided so that was a nice touch. We only stayed there for one night. It was cute. The two reasons why I gave it 4 stars and not 5 is although it was clean, the chemicals they used to clean were so strong our eyes were burning and watering all night. I am very sensitive to strong smells, I almost couldn't bear to spend the night as it did not dissipate much. The second reason was the noise from above. I don't know if the floor above is a rental property or is owned, but the footsteps were so heavy and it was consistent until we went to bed. The location is good, close to restaurants and shops. However, it is few blocks from the beach and you have to cross a major road, so I would recommend driving.
