The nightly rate is reflective of the vintage nature of this home. Please note: This property is in a quiet residential community and Folly Beach has a strict noise ordinance violation rule of 1 strike. Respect your neighbors, keep the noise down, and NO parties or events.
Vintage 2 bedroom 1 bathroom duplex home on Folly Beach. Clean, comfortable, and a five-minute walk to the beach. Conveniently located just a few short blocks from the beach and from Folly's famous Bert's Market; set in the laid-back residential Folly Beach community that's often referred to as "The Edge of America".
Furnishings in the home include a comfy leather queen size pull out sofa for added sleeping space, a flat screen TV and cool vintage artwork to play up our hipster vibe. The open floor plan invites use of the well equipped kitchen with updated appliances. The coffee maker takes ground coffee and has a cleanable filter, and a disposable paper filter can be used if desired. Both bedrooms have a king sized bed with quality linens, bedside furniture with adequate reading light, a flat-screen TV and custom furniture cabinetry.
Outside you can enjoy the spacious yard and front porch, and the beach access is just a few blocks away. There is also a preserved green space just across the street which runs parallel to the beach, and is a wonderful place to walk and enjoy the beach air.
We are dog friendly! We have a one-time pet fee of $110 per dog for reservations up to three nights, and $150 per dog for reservations for four or more nights. The pet fee is added once your reservation is confirmed.

If you’re looking for a large two bedroom house to stay in this one is perfect. It is an older building, but it has been well-maintained. It has lots of room inside. Highly recommend this VROB.

I will definitely stay here again! The apartment is perfectly located from town and the beach. There are lots of very cute details in the apartment that make it really fun and unique and obviously cared for. The Property managers are great! Communication is fantastic between them and they email back almost right away. They have helpful information about town and whatever else you need when you ask. The neighborhood is quiet, which is great because it’s so close to town.
