Nestled in one of Austin's treasured neighborhoods, The Westlake Estate is the perfect place for any group gathering. The home features a Main House as well as a Back House all on an oversized lot under heritage oaks that are over 200 years old. The Main House has an open living and kitchen area so that no one is far from the action. The Back House has its own living area and kitchen, which is just across the breezeway from the game garage complete with TV, pool/ping pong table and a relaxing sectional sofa. The courtyard features a relaxing porch space with dining and lounge areas overlooking the pool and hot tub. This property is regularly set for 12 guests, but, with homeowner approval, can host as many as 16 guests with luxury Frontgate beds which would also be set with ABOVE standard luxury linens. Additional fees may apply. All guests must be pre-approved to rent this estate. A full guest list will be required.

Not all pools can be heated. Pool heating is available by request and approval, with a fee of $500 for 3 days, subject to seasonal availability.
