Welcome to Hidden Haven!
• Private 2 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom mountain townhome in Banner Elk, NC
• Brand new renovation with stunning mountain views
• Perfect location - secluded but minutes from Sugar Mountain, Seven Devils and Downtown Banner Elk
The Space
• Well stocked kitchen with all essentials and appliances (full size refrigerator, gas range, microwave, toaster, and washer/dryer, pots & pans, Keurig coffee maker)
• Propane fire place in the living room
• One king bedroom with attached private balcony, One queen Bedroom
• Back porch with mountain views
• High-speed WiFi
• Smart Roku TV's in the living room and every bedroom.
• Pack ‘n’ play available if desired.
• We supply bed linens & bath towels
• We also provide enough hand soap, dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels, & trash bags to get you started upon arrival. However, if you are staying with a larger group or for a longer time, please plan to supplement with your own supplies based on your personal needs.
• Air conditioning is not needed in Banner Elk for the majority of the year. However, there will be 2 bedrooms with access to a portable air conditioning unit. There are also ceiling fans & box fans in every bedroom.

🔏 Security Deposit: A $200 refundable security deposit is required for each reservation.
🚭 Smoke-Free Property This is a completely smoke-free home — indoors and out. If evidence of smoking is found, a $250 deodorization fee will apply.
🕓 Check-In & Check-Out Check-in begins at 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Parking on the premises is available during your reservation window only. Unapproved late departures may result in a $250 fee, as our team works on a tight turnaround to prepare the home for arriving guests.
🤫 Quiet Hours Please observe quiet hours from 10p to 8a — the neighbors will love you for it.
⛓️ Winter Conditions: During snowy conditions, 4 wheel drive is required to access the property. It is your responsibility to prepare for winter weather, and we do not issue refunds due to snow/ice.
❌ Trash: Please do NOT leave any food/trash outside the building as it may attract animals.
🧹 Cleaning & Products Our professional cleaning team handles all deep cleaning between stays. During your visit, please avoid using bleach-based products to prevent accidental damage to linens and surfaces.
🕯️ Scents & Candles Out of respect for guests with sensitivities, please refrain from burning incense, diffusing essential oils, or using similar scented items inside the home.
🎉 Gatherings & Events This home is designed for rest, relaxation, and quality time — not parties or events. Please keep overnight guests to those listed on the reservation.
📜 Guests are required to provide a government-issued photo ID and complete a signed rental agreement prior to check-in, as required under North Carolina law (N.C. Gen. Stat. § 42A-10). This is completed through our complimentary guest portal, which also offers optional keyless entry and check-in convenience features.

Felt like home! Stayed here for my daughter's graduation from App State. Great location to everything, beautiful view, super clean and cozy, amazingly decorated, generously stocked with all the essentials and more, beds were so comfortable and pillows galore, hosts communication was on point about everything, even accommodated a last minute add on doggie guest. Quiet hideaway, with that being said the way in was challenging as with most properties in these gorgeous mountains. The driveway is one car at a time (one lane) with no pull over areas to oncoming guests, just gotta gamble no other guests are going in/put the same time as you. The road does need repair as there are many pot holes and gravel areas making traction a little tough. Parking lot for this unit is a tandum two car and best to back into to make for an easier in and out over the other guests who have two separate spots, but the spot is on the end right next to unit which was nice. Would stay again, ty.

We absolutely loved this condo! It was perfect for what we needed. This cozy, quaint 2 bedroom condo is tucked away in the mountain, allowing for quiet nights! Surrounded by woods but easily accessible to the main road that takes you into Boone or Grandfather mountain was a perk! The condo has everything and anything you may need. It was well stocked, from kitchen to bathrooms! You don’t need to bring anything! Coming from the Philadelphia area, we ended up arriving earlier than we thought. I reached out to the host and received an instant reply. They were not only extremely communicative but also very accommodating. We would absolutely stay here again and if you’re thinking of visiting the Banner Elk/ Boone area, you won’t go wrong with staying here!
