Destin Pointe’s Magnolia House offers fantastic views of the east pass, gulf and harbor! It also offers three nice pools on the property. It was great to have a beach umbrella and chair available to us every day. It is a well-managed gated community. We enjoyed the stay and plan to return next year.

We love Destin Pointe and the view from magnolia house is one of our favorite views anywhere. The condo is large and spacious. The wagon was a Godsend with kids. The only draw back was the area in front of the tv. Other than the sofa it was difficult to be comfortable as the chairs were not made for comfort. The bedrooms were fine and the bathrooms exceptional. The pool water was very cold and when asked about the heater we were told that each board member would have to be contacted before they could be turned on. This was a first for Destin pointe and considering advisories regarding bacteria levels in the gulf we found this news disappointing.

Our family has come back to this condo two years in a row now. The property is extremely well kept, the condo itself is very clean, and you simply cannot beat the views. The the huge windows in the family room and bedroom really allow a stunning view of the ocean. There is also plenty of room, as there are two bedrooms, and a large living room and kitchen. Highly recommend!
