We had an absolutely amazing stay at this cabin! From the moment we arrived, everything welcoming, and thoughtfully prepared. The cabin itself is big, spotless, beautifully maintained, and fully stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing getaway. The huge fireplace quickly became our favorite feature—especially since it snowed twice during our visit, making the entire experience even better.The team at Big Bear Lakefront Cabins was outstanding. They were responsive to every single one of our needs and truly went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. On our first night, the power briefly went out, which caused a minor knocking sound in the radiant heater. A maintenance representative immediately reached out, walked me through a quick fix over the phone, and had everything running smoothly again within minutes. Their professionalism and attentiveness gave us so much peace of mind.We also loved the added fun of the arcade game—hours of friendly competition and laughter! The cabin is located in a private, quiet, and secluded neighborhood, yet still conveniently close to a local market, major grocery stores, shopping, and The Village. It offered the perfect balance of relaxation and accessibility.Overall, we can’t recommend this place enough. We’re already looking forward to our next stay!

The cabin was large, 3 bedrooms but only 2 beds. It needed cleaning, dryer went down second day and was never repaired even after we notified mgmt. Company comforter on guest room bed had spots had to wash it before using it. Half bath toilet flush handle broke off, they did replace it but still did not work properly. Master bedroom toilet was not working properly so we stopped using it, notified mgmt. Company but no came out while we’re there, 10 days. Decking deck was in bad shape needed refinished. No supplies we had to buy dish and laundry soap and hand soap. Only one TV worked. You cannot easily walk to lake without going on highway. The dining room table area is very small and difficult to enter and exit. We had to clean the furniture on the deck it was really dirty. The entry up to the cabin is steep and narrow, with snow you need a 4 wheel drive.
