This immaculate 2 BR + Den/ 2 BA second floor condo is located in the heart of the award winning Greenlinks Golf Villas Community, part of the renown Lely Resort
Currently the swimming pool and spa are being upgraded and are not available.
Best location for popping over to the pool, community spa/hot tub, community room, with internet access and clubhouse with a complete gym. Some construction in the resort but not in this building for these days.
This beautiful, bright and light open 2nd floor unit boasts spectacular views of the lake and fountain that lights up at night offering an unforgettable experience from the lanai or master bedroom.
The condo has two ample en suite master bedrooms , elegantly furnished and with comfortable closets.
There is a full sized stacked in-unit washer and dryer that further provides the comforts of a home in the convenience of a resort.
There is a complete kitchen generously appointed to cook and eat in or to get ready to barbecue and eat outdoors at the grills by the dreamlike heated swimming pool.
The community has a private resort-style pool with small waterfalls, spa, tennis courts. The tennis courts are lined to play pickle. Guests can request equipment at the front desk for Bocce and shuffleboard. There is an onsite full gymnasium.
It has a bbq area next to the swimming pool, bike and job path, a Business Center, and easy access to Golf Courses.
It is conveniently located with quick access to downtown Naples and Fifth Avenue, beaches and Marco Island activities.

great location, very nice condo; the furniture is a little dated, but overall we had very nice, comfortable stay. Marcela is a wonderful host, quick to respond, and very helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

The condo is in a great location, very close to the pool and amenities, which are all beautifully maintained. The grounds and pool area were definitely highlights of our stay.The unit itself is very cute and comfortable but could use some updating. Unfortunately, the dryer was not working during our visit, and the shower door would not fully close. The furniture is older, and we noticed cardboard placed under the couch cushions for extra support.That said, the owner was very attentive and responsive. When we contacted them about needing lightbulbs for the bathroom and an issue with one of the beds, they addressed our concerns promptly.Overall, the location and responsive owner were positives, though the unit would benefit from some maintenance and updates.
