About this house rental
Welcome to Casa Hermanos!
A vision, probably more like a dream that began long ago with dusty dirt road baja trips during summer breaks in high school...in search of waves and adventure. Some trips were better planned and more fun than others but none came without amazing stories, some serious laughs and the thirst and desire to go do it again!
Design and Planning
Fast forward about 30 years, it helps to have a world class architect as a best friend, thank you Eric Zuziak of JZMK Partners. jzmkpartners.com Casa Hermanos design and planning was about to become a reality!
Property Features
Inside the walls of our 1 acre property encompasses over 6,500sq ft of indoor-outdoor covered living space. Automatic gate motor court access and parking, lush native landscaping, a pretty rad pool, outdoor bar, pool deck, hot tub, modern fire-pit, observation tower for whale watching, surf checks to the local Pastora Beach and endless sunsets. All this before you even step foot inside the house.

The main house features 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms with beds to sleep 10. 3 of the 4 bedrooms are Master Ensuites with indoor and outdoor private shower & soaking tubs, each with its own flavor and unique design touches. The 4th bedroom we call the “bunk-room” was designed with kids in mind. Not losing any of the attention to detail or design elements this room will be fun and comfortable for kids and adults alike.
Excellent Layout
The primary master is attached to the main living space with interior direct access to the living room and kitchen. Bedrooms 2, 3 & 4 are all set up as their own private suites. All rooms look out over the amazing pool deck and lush native landscaping with ocean views abound.
Our home is ready for you to roll right in. The kitchen is fully outfitted for all your cooking and BBQ needs, we have bath, pool and beach towels for you, beach chairs, even a couple Wavestorm soft top surfboards to catch some waves.
Our property manager lives onsight in the Casita and will be here to greet you and make sure all your needs are covered with any insights or local tips you might need.
Is Casa Hermanos close to the beach?
There is a walking path that takes about 10-15 minutes by foot. This is a white soft sand beach that goes for miles in both directions and can’t be beat for tranquil beach walks, bocce ball games or sunsets.
Are the beaches near the house swimming beaches?
While the beach straight out is beautiful, we do not recommend it as a swimming beach because its more of a shore break with a steep drop off. There is a great surfing beach called “La Pastora" about 1 mile north, also part of this stretch of great white sandy beach. There is a family friendly flat beach in Cerritos about 20 minutes drive thru Todos Santos and great for all ages and activities including if you are a beginner surfer. We do provide beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, coolers and soft top surfboards for your beach days, whichever beach you decide to go to.

We had an amazing stay at Casa Hermanos. The home is beautiful and very comfortable and clean. Troy (the caretaker) was very helpful and guided us on the best places to eat and adventures to take. He helped us set up massages and yoga as well. We hope to come back next year!

This was our first visit to Todos Santos. This property is truly incredible top to bottom. Well appointed, amazing pool, beautiful landscape, and Troy the property manager was very helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend!

What a beautiful property and wonderful place for a vacation. We stayed for a week with our 3 children, their spouses and us - ages 27 to 62.
The house, pool and hot tub were well designed and nicely heated so you could actually be comfortable using them. The kitchen had everything you could want to grill, cook breakfast, or whip up some guac.
The beach is beautiful but isn't really for swimming, with rip currents and steep slopes to the water, but it still makes for a great beach visit. The sunsets from the beach, pool, or whale watch tower can't be beat!
The Green Room is a must for beachfront cocktails and dining, it's just a few minutes down the road.
The beds were comfortable, with heat and AC controls available in every bedroom. It was nice to have separation of the master bedroom from the poolside bedrooms, allowing privacy for all.
Perhaps the best thing about the place was the on-site manager, Troy. He answered all our questions, helped us arrange a whale shark adventure in La Paz, advised on restaurants and groceries, lined-up a home cooked meal that was wonderful, and even managed to spring a surprise birthday cake and balloons while we were out at dinner. He was available if you need assistance, but didn't impose, the perfect blend of privacy and reassurance.
We will definitely be returning.
