Private beach in Las Vegas heated hot tub heated pool option

Our family really enjoyed the entire property. Would strongly recommend for other families and pet.

First let me say this home is absolutely beautiful and very well maintained. The only issue we had with our stay is the listing is a little misleading as it boasts a hot tub/heated pool/grill area. When we arrived we noticed the hot tub and pool were both cold. We reached out and were told that the hot tub wasn’t currently working as it had gotten a leak the day before due to the cold and they would be sending someone to look at it (no one ever came). We asked about the pool and were told that we would have needed to request use of the heated pool 48 hours prior to the stay as it was an additional fee (the listing says nothing about this). There was a patio area with a grill, however, there was no propane tank for the grill (listing also did not say that you would need to provide your own propane tank). Overall, it was a nice stay, I would just recommend asking all of the questions you can think of in regards to use of the hot tub/heated pool/and grill.

Having stayed at many VRBO's, this house was poorly set up for hosting a group of people. It is very spartan to say the least!! There were no instructions provided on the premises on the use of anything including the pool & spa (not used), cleanup, garbage, WiFi etc., all standard fare for a rental. Where do we start with observations? No dishwasher meant hand washing but there's no draining board or tea towels. We arrived to half a roll of toilet paper between two bathrooms. Basics such as salt, condiments, adequate washing up liquid, coffee etc. were not provided so you may end up doing unnecessary shopping. The lack of electrical outlets was a pain and no waste baskets in the bathrooms was another oversight. For our needs, the location and beds were fine. It's just everything else that showed a lack of attention to detail to create a good experience for prospective guests. Spending a few Shekels on this house would make it so much better. Lord only knows what it would be like with seven guests fighting over the limited number of cups, glasses and plates!
