The house and location was perfect for our first trip to float the Caddo River. You’re close to the grocery store and convenient stores, but you still have privacy. I loved drinking coffee on the deck in the mornings just listening to nature and watching the river roll. We didn’t spend a lot of time in the house because we were out on the river floating for five hours and then the next day we spent the whole day at the river just relaxing, swimming and fishing. We played at the Caddo Gap but when we were at the house, we were enjoying the fire pit, the back deck, hitting wiffle and balls in the front yard. The living room kitchen area is open, which was great for our family. We had 11 people total. I will say the upstairs loft where the queen bed and three twins does get a little toasty up there. There is an AC unit and a ceiling fan and the property provides you with an oscillating floor fan, but luckily we had an extra fan that we brought with us that was used upstairs in addition to the other fans. Our time in Arkansas was amazing. We had so much fun.

Easy access to the river. Beds were plentiful and all very comfortable. ROKU TV is awesome to be able to stream. All the supplies (kitchen utensils, linens, and more) were available and well stocked. Sitting on the deck in the morning was the perfect start to busy days with family. Will definitely try to rent here anytime we’re staying in this area.

The cabin was beautiful! It was well stocked with amenities. There was nothing that we needed except to just sit back and enjoy the place. The host was very responsive whenever we asked questions which was greatly appreciated!
