This condo has all the touches of home with a coveted location and everything you'll need for a memorable stay! This condo comes with a private washer and dryer. Located in the master bathroom. One of the only units in Passage Point with a private Washer Dryer.

This means you have a much larger porch than most units in the Passage Point building. Passage Point has garage parking for 1 vehicle. Additional vehicles can park in the North Alpine Lot at the entrance of Copper Mountain for an additional fee during the winter, summer is free.

Great location for getting to the lifts and center village shops/dining. Our van didn’t fit in the garage but there was a convenient lot just across the street. Unit was very clean and comfortable.
