About this cabin rental
Situated in a lovely leafy quiet part of Silverleaves where you can go for nature walks or stroll to the peaceful Silverleaves beach. A cosy studio in a barn style building with a quaint garden setting, for two people, ground level, one Queen bed, Shower, couch, table, TV, reverse cycle heating & cooling. Kitchenette with coffee machine, microwave, toaster, small fridge (no cooking). Features a private separate entrance and parking onsite. BBQ available.
All linen and towels supplied and parking is available onsite. NO WIFI
Suitable for a couple only.

STRICTLY no Schoolies, Bucks Parties, Hens Parties. It is a requirement of our owners to obtain number of guests staying at this property.
This property does not have any policies, procedures or resources in place to accommodate the unique needs of school graduates during the annual 'Schoolies Week' period. It does not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of school graduate guests during this period.
If at any time we find you are accommodating more people than you have booked for, you will be evicted immediately and extra charges may apply. All bookings are subject to owner confirmation and approval.
You will be required to sign The Guest Registration Form and provide us with a copy of your Drivers Licence & Credit Card prior to your arrival OR on check in.
NON SMOKING POLICY: applies to all of our holiday rental properties both inside and outside the property - extra cleaning charges may apply for any butts found on the property.
Bookings - are accepted by First National in good faith as agents for the property owners. Bonds: Some properties charge a guest bond.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Upon booking a 50% deposit is payable immediately.
The total balance is payable 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation requests before the 30 days of arrival - 50% deposit will be refunded
Cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival – No money will be refunded
KEY COLLECTION - All keys must be picked up and must be returned to our office in Cowes. You will be required to sign The Guest Registration Form and provide our office with a copy of your Drivers License & Credit Card prior to your arrival OR on check in.
AFTER HOURS KEY COLLECTION MUST BE ARRANGED WITH US THE DAY BEFORE ARRIVAL.

The studio is immaculate. This is our third stay and we’ve never seen the property owners despite them being right next door, making our stay perfectly private and quiet.
