About this villa rental
* The outdoor area offers exclusively for you a private 8m x 5m swimming pool and a jacuzzi (Hot-Tub) next to it, 6 sun deck chairs, a baldahin sun bed, a covered outdoor dining area with amazing views of the surroundings and the sea, and a wooden kids' house with a slide and swing. A few steps down takes you to an additional sun deck area with natural shade and 4 deck chairs, a summer kitchen with a barbecue (woods/charcoal), a kitchen (fridge, dishwasher, stove, a kettle), a lounge corner, darts for some fun, a bar, a dining table, and a toilet. In front, there is an outdoor tennis table and a badminton set.
* The ground floor offers a fully air-conditioned living area (50sqm) with a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, microwave oven, a kettle, capsule coffee maker), TV, A/C, free WiFi, PS4, exit to the terrace with pool and sea views. There is a Bedroom No1 (10.5sqm) with a queen-size bed 160x200cm, TV, A/C, and next to it is a family bathroom with a shower. In the garage is a table soccer, a table tennis, and there are some additional toys for your youngest.
* The first floor offers:
Master Bedroom No2 (26sqm) with super king-size bed 200x200cm, TV, A/C, en-suite walk-in shower, a toilet, and a self-standing bathtub.
Bedroom No3 (13sqm) with queen size bed 160x200cm, TV,A/C;
Bedroom No4 (13sqm) with queen-size bed 160x200cm, TV, A/C; And there is a Family bathroom with a shower and a washing machine.
The following services are included in rental rates: -Bath and pool towels provided, Bed Linen provided -Kitchen and barbecue facilities -Utilities – water, gas, electricity, heating, air-conditioning -Wireless Internet -Secured parking (6 parking places in front of the house) -Garden and swimming pool maintenance -Final cleaning -Tourist Tax, Sojourn tax - Pets are NOT allowed. From the moment we arrived we were wowed by property outside and the moment u were welcomed inside by the family it kept getting better and better.This property is pure luxury on every aspect!and the views from the terrace are spectacular.we settled in after the owner and his son had explained everything and never left the property for 4 days as was so relaxing.After the first week of staying all four of us decided to re book for the following year for another 2 weeks as the property was so amazing and everything was so easy to get to by uber or by walking.We would all like to thank the family for all the hard work they do to make your stay the best experience ever and for being on hand 24/7 to answer any questions etc.Since returning to Scotland we have been telling friends etc. about this amazing place and already one of the groups friends has just booked to go next may and we know they wont be disappointed.Looking forward to our next visit!!Mike Peter Angela & Andrew

The host was excellent and let us check in early. He was very quick to respond to any queries. The villa is beautifully presented and very clean. We loved all the different areas to sit in and relax. There is plenty at the villa to keep teens and adults occupied. The teens really enjoyed table tennis. We didn’t realise it was a 40 minute walk to the town but it was easy to get an Uber in and out of town. There is a supermarket five minutes away which was great. The view from the villa is exceptional and it was lovely watching flights come in and out of Split airport. It is a very peaceful setting. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this villa to friends.
